Blackbrook Residents Have Their Opinions Heard

3rd August 2017

Every two months, Blackbrook House hold a residents' meeting. This is a chance for our elderly residents to have a say on any aspects of living at Blackbrook House, from what kind of activities and trips they would like to see to suggestions about the food and any feedback they would like to give at all.

Of course, our residents are able to talk and be listened to by our friendly, approachable staff at any time. We are always open to any suggestions and opinions and do what we can to accommodate our residents' preferences.

In the past residents have come up with many great ideas for activities and outings, have suggested changes to the meal plan and their opinions have helped us shape the outdoor space in the building of an accessible path around the house.
