Freshly Caught Trout On The Menu!

The Blackbrook House chef was given the challenge of preparing some freshly caught trout the other day, after one of the staff had been fly fishing at the nearby Meon Valley Springs Fly Fishery. Coming home with a good catch everyone got to share some fresh filleted trout that night!

 

Variety is the spice of life at Blackbrook House Residential Care in Fareham, where fresh local produce is always on the menu.
