Our chef provides the residents at Blackbrook House with a varied selection of meals made from fresh, quality ingredients. There is always plenty of choice with a meat, fish, vegetarian or lighter bite option available each dinner. For breakfast, residents can choose from cereal, porridge, fruit and cooked breakfast. Whenever possible ingredients grown in own kitchen garden here at Blackbrook House are used in the cooking!

As with all aspects of life at Blackbrook House, we like the residents to be involved in the decision making and take into account individual food preferences when planning out the four weekly rota for meals.
