As well as creating a stylish and beautiful place to live, we have made sure we have all the facilities required to meet you day to day needs. We have designed Blackbrook House carefully, taking into account all the practical and caring requirements of our residents.

Easy Access

To ensure easy access, we have thoughtfully positioned ramps and we have installed a new stair lift. We also have a very attractive and functional Art Deco styled passenger lift which can carry 8 people and serves each floor.

Relax in a Warm Bath

Each of our bedrooms has private ensuite facilities and we have additional shower rooms. We also have 2 baths with jacuzzi features and mood lighting to help you relax. We have specialist hoists and seating arrangements for those that need extra help.

Investing & Improving

During the restoration of Blackbrook House we have installed brand new electrics, plumbing, sprinkler systems, fire alarms, smoke detectors and emergency call bells thoughtout - your safety is paramount.

Behind the scenes we have invested extensively in a state of the art heating system and laundry capabilities. We also have a superb in-house kitchen. We are also planning to develop our own hairdressing salon in one of our outbuildings.
