Continual Staff Training At Blackbrook House

Blackbrook House Residential Care Home for the elderly in Fareham have a committed staff team. Each year we undertake continual staff training to ensure everyone is kept up to date with training and personal development. Our staff are all qualified to at least NVQ level 2 or 3 and have had previous experience looking after the elderly. Some of the courses staff undertake include Health and Safety, Dementia Awareness (Blackbrook House are able to care for those with mild dementia), Food Hygiene and Care Planning. 

 

We are delighted to announce that one of our senior carers has just completed her NVQ level 5. You can find out more about the care we provide here.
