Irish Dancers Visit Blackbrook House Care Home

6th November 2013

Blackbrook House Residential Care Home like to invite people in to meet our elderly residents and staff, and recently it was the turn of two Irish Dancers.

A lovely time was had by all, when the girls danced the afternoon away in our lounge come dining room. Happily this is a fabulous spacious room which lends itself to all sorts of events.

Irish dancing became popular in the 1990s when Riverdance became a world wide pheonomenon. The ultra fast footwork really is something to see, and with our wooden dining room floor - something to hear too!

At Blackbrook we have a good array of events and activities for residents to take part in, to read more why not click here.

Blackbrook House is in Fareham, near to Gosport and Portsmouth. If you are thinking of making the move to elderly supported living, why not get in touch to arrange a visit?
