A beautiful Blackbrook House bedroom

Raised Border Being Constructed In Blackbrook House Garden

9th June 2014

Here at Blackbrook house, we want everyone to be able to fully enjoy our gardens. We already have  a variety of seating, a vegetable plot and also a beautiful parterre in place. With many of our elderly residents wanting to get involved with light weeding and planting, we are now also constructing a raised flower border.

By created a flowerbed at a higher level, we will be enabling more people to get involved in the garden as they will not need to kneel or bend so much. Also the flowers will be closer to everyone, and so more easily enjoyed by those with sight impairment.

If you would like to pay Blackbrook House a visit, please get in touch. We are very happy to show you around our lovely care home for elderly people.

Pictured above is one of our bedrooms which overlook our garden.
