Regular Staff Training At Blackbrook House Carehome - Fareham

Blackbrook House provide care for mobile elderly people in a peaceful, family environment. It's very important to us that our staff are able to give the best possible care to our residents which is why we choose our team of staff carefully and ensure they are continually kept up to date with their training and development.

 

Our staff are all qualified to at least NVQ level 2 or 3 and have had previous experience looking after the elderly. All members of staff receive regular training and refresher courses in areas such as: Health and Safety, Dementia Awareness (Blackbrook House are able to care for those with mild dementia), Food Hygiene and Care Planning.
