Blackbrook House residents took a trip recently to Lee on Solent to view the stricken cargo vessel the Hoegh Osaka in Southampton Water. This unusual marine accident has had intense news coverage, and was of interest to our elderly residents and staff alike. Being located near to the sea on the South Coast, Blackbrook House is ideally placed for regular trips to the sea and it was exciting to watch events unfold.
