Although we do try very hard at Blackbrook House to get things just right, occasionally things aren’t as successful as we’d like them to be. Take sausages, for example. Residents were not happy with the sausages at lunch, so clearly something needed to be done to put this right.
So we decided to organise a sausage tasting afternoon. Four different types of sausage were selected, cooked, and offered round to see which was the favourite. The winner was a pork chipolata, so residents can now look forward to this being on the menu in future.
