Blackbrook House Residents Visit Titchfield Haven

26th October 2012

This month residents at Blackbrook House Residential Care Home chose to take a trip out to Titchfield Haven in Fareham to do a spot of bird watching from the warmth of the Haven Tea Room.

Over 200 species of birds are known to visit the nature reserve, whilst animals such as deer, foxes, badgers, bats, and lizards are known to have made their home there. The visitor centre houses interesting exhibitions and art displays so it is a great way to spend an afternoon out.

As with all of our trips, our elderly residents have access to our comfortable cars to get out and about around the area.

If you or a family member is looking to move into a more caring situation, why not get in touch with us for a chat us on 01329 280 573 / info@blackbrookcare.co.uk
